About Me

I am a special education teacher, and have been teaching for MHS since 2014.  Prior to that, I taught RSP at South Fortuna Elementary in Fortuna CA. I am originally from Philadelphia, PA, but have lived here in Humboldt County since 1996.  I love what I do; I get to teach and learn from amazing students who often have struggled through school. I get the opportunity to show them that they can be successful in school and in whatever endeavor they choose to pursue.
