New Student Registration
What you will need to register your student:
- Completed 24-25 Registration Form
- If needed Inter/Intra District Forms Completed (INTRA for students in the AHS Bounds INTER for students out of the NOHUM Bounds)
- Copy of your student's most recent transcripts
- Proof of Residency (IE Utility Bill or Rental Agreement)
- Copy of the Student's Immunization Records
- Copy of the Student's Birth Certificate
- Chromebook Checkout Packet ~~ Required to use a School Issued Chromebook
- AUP Form ~~ Required to access online sources
- AUP Form (En Espanol)
