About Me

I have lived in Humboldt County for all but three years of my life, and I feel fortunate to live and work in such a beautiful place. I graduated from Humboldt State in 2006 with a BA in Social Sciences Education, and I completed the credential program at HSU the following year. I have been working in education ever since, and I started teaching at Mckinleyville High School in 2014. I love working in the same school district that I attended as a high school student.
