We are excited to offer families two powerful tools to help you stay informed and connected with your student’s education: ParentSquare and ParentVUE.

ParentSquare

ParentSquare is your all-in-one communication hub for school messages, announcements, events, forms, and reminders. With easy-to-use tools and customizable notifications, staying connected has never been easier.

Getting Started with ParentSquare

  1. Visit: https://www.parentsquare.com/signin 
  2. Sign in using the email address or phone number currently on file with the school.
  3. Follow the prompts to create your account.
  4. Download the ParentSquare app from the Apple App Store or Google Play for convenient mobile access.
  5. Customize your notification preferences:
    • Email
    • Text message
    • App notifications
    • Preferred language settings

ParentVUE & StudentVUE

ParentVUE & StudentVUE is a secure online portal and mobile app that gives parents, guardians, and students direct access to their student’s academic information in real time.

ParentVUE Features

  • View grades and academic progress
  • Monitor attendance and tardy records
  • Check class schedules
  • Communicate directly with teachers and counselors
  • Access report cards, transcripts, bus routes, and immunization records
  • Manage multiple students with one login

Accessing ParentVUE

ParentVUE is available through your school district’s website and as a free mobile app on both Apple App Store and Google Play, or go to https://ca-nhu.edupoint.com/PXP2_Login.aspx

To activate your account, you will need an Activation Key provided by the school district.

Activate Your Account Online

  1. Visit your school district’s ParentVUE or StudentVUE webpage.
  2. Select your preferred language if needed.
  3. Choose:
    • “I am a parent” or
    • “I am a student”
  4. Select Activate Account.

If You Have an Activation Key

  1. Accept the Privacy Statement.
  2. Enter your:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Activation Key
  3. Create your username and password.
  4. Complete account activation.

If You Do Not Have an Activation Key

  1. Select Request Account Activation.
  2. Enter:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email Address
    • Phone Number
    • Student Date of Birth
  3. Check your email for activation instructions.
  4. Create your password and complete activation

Activating Your Account in the Mobile App

  1. Download the ParentVUE or StudentVUE app.
  2. Locate your school district by:
    • Allowing location access
    • Searching by ZIP code
    • Entering the district mobile URL manually
  3. Select:
    • “Have an activation key? Create my account”
  4. Enter your activation information.
  5. Create your username and password.
  6. Complete account setup.

Only one activation key is needed per parent or guardian, regardless of the number of students enrolled in the district.


We encourage all families and guardians to activate their accounts to stay informed and engaged throughout the school year. These tools help strengthen communication between home and school and ensure you never miss important information regarding your student.
