good morning Panthers happy Tuesday I hope this message finds you all doing well on this fine Tuesday morning first and foremost as we get this day started I want to say thank you to everybody parents students or staff as well for all the patients that you demonstrated yesterday and understanding as well as making sure that every student could get into every session so on and so forth there's some bumps but at the end of the day I think it ended in a good place and that has a lot to do with everybody being willing to work with us I think that's a great model for all of us moving forward to some of those bumps yesterday not all our students attend every session I think I put this out an email if you did not attend the session and go like a copy of it please email me and we will get that sent out patient they take a while to download but we're hoping by the staff we should be able to spend all those sessions out to you chock full of good information we want that to continue today will secret it's actually not morning right now as I'm doing this so as of 7 25 tonight which is Monday night at a StudentVue and parentvue were actually opening up off of our website without the error message some work was done today or yesterday on on synergies and which is the platform that is Drive StudentVue and parentvue so fingers crossed it's working I want to let you know I'm recording this tonight so that tomorrow if you log in with High Hopes And there's the error message when I might be to work still I don't want to jinx it but trying that her parents as well login please contact 64042 can help you through that process all right but again fingers crossed parentvue and StudentVue should be working tomorrow morning or this morning depending on that how you want to view this video will see the plans for today so we do have orientations for to go through four of them once again today are you can either find those in the email that was sent out to students go to our website as well one of the things we learned yesterday was that students who are logging in from phones or from iPads actually do need a passcode to get into a zoom meeting so we're attaching that to the documents so if you're using an iPad or a phone and it asks for passcode check the document that you're clicking and then you should have available to you to help you login we don't want you to miss any sessions I want to encourage students to get the most out of it the reason we start with these orientations was in hopes of getting you comfortable with our plan for distance learning that means being presentations asking good questions like yesterday and hopefully then being able to move forward for Wednesday ready to go I was just want to talk with our students as well please recognize it when we're in our Zoom meetings I just like everywhere else there we have high expectations for ourselves so the way we conduct ourselves the way we treat each other the way we treat the people presenting is really important and we want that we wanna at all times be a Class Act suit Panther Pride so just want to encourage you all ought to be focused and I think about not distracting your fellow classmates so that we all can get the most out of these these sessions to be prepared for Wednesday speaking of Wednesday I'm your teacher will be sending you emails to your student accounts with invitations to classes on Wednesday to remember for this Wednesday we will be meeting with all of our classes for short amount of time a great opportunity to build some community in your classroom find me a chance to get in there so please look for those emails so that Wednesday morning you know where to go and and know what to click on for those of you working on schedule changes with your teachers to make a last-minute schedule change for exam tomorrow I'll be there with us as your teachers may have already sent out invites and so you can contact us and we can work to troubleshoot with you to get you into that class on Wednesday if again if there's been last-minute schedule changes I guess the last thing I want to say is let's have a good I wish we were here in person together but it was really is nice seeing the names and faces in the meetings yesterday and I want to keep that going so I can have a great day get the most out of it and we'll talk soon take care
