good morning McKinleyville High School Panthers and happy Friday the last Friday of the school year as crazy as that sounds we are almost there I just wanted to give you some announcements this morning but before I jump in I just wanted to send out a big shout-out a big thank you to mrs. sahlberg in mr. Tim Oliveira they are the two that were behind the senior Awards night video getting that together in producing that and so I thought they did it when is job if you haven't seen it yet please go to our website you can still watch it I think they really yeah it was just impressive it's all of our seniors who received Awards last night you're so deserving and congratulations so again shout out on that as far as announcements to go heading into this final weekend before the last week of school I know that there's been a lot of questions about a returning textbooks and Chromebooks and getting in the Walkers I just want you to know I have a meeting this morning and on Monday we should have some clear Direction on how and when to return all those items so if you're worried that you haven't heard anything yet that's because you haven't been working on that in to let everybody know by Monday with your books I've been talking with mrs. Bullman she's been doing a great job staying in touch with the company that ships your books we're just waiting on a final date when you're about to arrive but please check in with mrs. Bowman I believe she sent out some information about how you can start signing your yearbook already did she offer your friends and that's a special part of the end of the year we want to make that still happen and then we know that the yearbooks are coming in we will make sure we get out to everybody on how to pick those up what's the seniors if you are still waiting on the cap and gown there is one last order that is coming in this is how it will be dropping that off Tuesday if you're worried that you're didn't come in. how about on Tuesday and will contact you but please email me as well. If you're unsure need more details on that it's crazy thinking about next year but first two are thinking about or are interested in or signed up for AP classes a couple meetings are happening so sophomores on Tuesday at 12:30 is next week is going to hold current sophomores about next year's ATL composition class right after that one will be meeting with current sophomores about AP US History so if you're interested in that and even if you haven't signed up its for checking out just to see if it's something that would fit you and if already signed up you don't want that information from Juniors freshman at 2 I would miss the riddle he's going to hold a meeting about 80 European history so it's signed up for that or you're thinking about it are you want to look for a cow invite all the freshmen from this riddle and juniors mrs. LeBlanc I know send something out to everybody about AP Lit and composition for that so again just think about next year maybe we'll submarines please please check that out I'm look for look for more information on Summer School from the district so if that's something that you're thinking about that should be coming to this videos get along hey the final thing I just want to say is his neck week is our last week of school has been this is been an unforgettable year for sure and one that I think about all of us it will stick with all of us and so am I just want to encourage everybody cuz we're wrapping up the 1920 school year no Take that last week if it's a final that you have if it's worked makeup if you're already a good place I just want to encourage everybody to work hard make that final push to earn the grade that that that you want do you believe you deserve so touch base with your teachers were here to help email me your counselors any of us we just want you to finish strong and as we move into summer but I'm sure with graduation coming up and everything else but right now. have a wonderful weekend and will see you soon bye
