good afternoon McKinleyville High School happy Friday this is one of the best Fridays of the year it's a great day to celebrate another year in the books of accomplishment of moving it on another grade level graduating and moving on to the next stages of your life from the bottom of my heart congratulations to all of you you all made it through the school year under the most difficult circumstances this is definitely going to be a historical class one for the books I thought I was done with videos but no I just love making these and I felt like with the reminders cuz I definitely not being able to touch base with every some important information want to make sure all of you have a senior some things to wrap up some general thank you so much the textbooks the Chromebooks already but the students parents we just want to let you know the next Tuesday through Thursday or Library will be open so students you can come between M3 E93 Library will be open do I breathe available students for you to come onto campus to return your text books as well as your Chromebook is items such as calculators drafting tools those types of things there between 9 and 3. Please come in please wear your mask stay safe and social distancing I sent out an email this earlier this week about last names if you can fall into those categories for those times of your last name is super helpful just to make sure that we're not we're not crowding locker rooms will be open so that students can get in there to clear those out as well as our normal Locker so against next Tuesday through next Thursday please come to campus just wrap everything up make sure you turned everything in and picked up there's other big questions right yearbooks what was happening with those who we just found out that the shipment should be coming in this coming Monday to mrs. Bowman and I will be working out I'm getting those organized and I will probably she's awesome at that will help by communicating out to everybody times but our goal is to have your books available to pick up on Wednesday so early next week look for some communication from us about to come get your yearbook if you did not purchase a yearbook you may want to contact mrs. Bowman I'm not sure of the availability of of of me extra ones other summer stuff you're stupid and you are currently have a job or you're working on getting the job you offered summer work permits please stop by the front office you can also email Courtney in the front office about setting up an appointment time to come by and get that filled out and then I was summer school we also know that that's coming up is folks are waiting grades questions with summer school please email your counselor but you can definitely come to the front office between 9 and 3 to turn in summer school paperwork as well alright seniors probably one of the last times I'll have to bug you but a couple of quick things for you like everything else shipments right now we're crazy we were a little bit nervous but diplomas did arrive today and so our plans seniors is to have those ready to go on Wednesday so when you come to pick up your yearbook or even if you didn't have a yearbook we'll set a time seniors for you to come we'll be out front we will have your diplomas to provide for you as well as your yearbook if you need it in order to make sure that you pick those diplomas up we need a couple things from those seniors I need you to turn in your caps and gowns if you borrowed any I will have turn on Wednesday on that you can come return those drop them off on Tuesday and we also need to make sure that you have your textbooks and Chromebooks all return back to the library so if you on Wednesday want to come to pick everything up be a great time to make sure they have all that stuff turned in any questions please email me or mrs. milky about items that you have checked out want to make sure that we will get that clarified and then seniors moving on to call if you need to send off a final transcript we need you to fill out a final transcript request so you can also come by the office with Miss Edwards and we will get that taken care of and get those sent out for you. information but a lot of important stuff here at the end of the year my final thing is folks I know a lot of people are or are concerned about what mixture looks like I just want you to know that we're working on it and to make sure that we understand all the guidelines we have the feed Oxmoor community and make sure that we structure the best possible School experience to start next fall that keeps us all safe and is best suited to support kids so that miss you all it was great seeing fingers yesterday congratulations and if you need anything please email me over the summer or stop by in the next couple weeks will touch base with.
