good morning Panther. Happy Monday hope that you all had a great weekend I just want to follow up from last week were still on Friday we had a great 8th grade visitation all the link Leaders Club leaders everybody that helped out in and Schoenherr 8th graders around campus a fantastic job you can pretend to the school very well and hopefully we get a lot of those students want looking forward to attending McKinleyville high school next year I want to go ahead and give graduations to our boys basketball team they clinched the coat championship in the big toe conference Last Friday Night beating Eureka which means that now they have a one-game playoff tonight at 7:30 p.m. against Arcata High School to see the automatic qualifiers for North Coast section playoffs as well as the number one seed in the  Nikolai tournament also come on out 7:30 but before that head on down to Arcada cuz our girls play at arcade in the opening round in  Nikolai tournament that games going to tip off at 5 and a good n plenty of time for you to be able to head up and watch the boys game at 7:30 reminder though passes will not work for this game cuz this is a league event so I'll cost for students to get in will be $3 but again very exciting time after I basketball programs is it going to the  Nikolai tournament pay also want to go ahead and give a shout out to our JV boys basketball team if you haven't had a chance to see if there's a video making its way through social media about a great great to be a sportsmanship that they had last Thursday up a new box so is cool pretty heartwarming in and just an excellent job advisor JV boys basketball team I speaking a sports today is the first day of spring sports tryouts at we got times up all around I'll check the most everybody starting up after school. option of golf which will be get be going up and do pray golf course and they're going to start at 4:30 make sure you have your athletic packets as well as your physicals at taking care of Wednesday seniors just a quick reminder from 3 to 7 p.m. opportunity get some turn on your FAFSA you know again good after that and see what you can get as far as you go get you some money for college if you're planning to go to college After High School and then finally has to be loved by literacy candidates start thinking about that applications are going to be due here soon I'll be checking with your second language teachers far as the requirement and you know good luck to you as you go for it for that Cielo by litter steam help everybody has an excellent day today hope to see you in a basketball at some point this week and let's have a great week at the high school
