New Student Registration
What you will need to register your student:
- Completed 25-26 Registration Click HERE
- 25-26 Registro en Espanol Haga Clic Aqui
- If needed Inter/Intra District Forms Completed (INTRA for students in the AHS Bounds INTER for students out of the NOHUM Bounds) Click HERE
- Copy of your student's most recent transcripts
- Proof of Residency (IE Utility Bill or Rental Agreement)
- Copy of the Student's Immunization Records
- Copy of the Student's Birth Certificate
- AUP Form ~~ Required to access online sources
- AUP Form (En Espanol)
